成功创建配送计划至新启用的 FBW-US-PLG 仓库后，请与 FBW-US-PLG 仓库预约收货时间。请注意，如果您的尾程段使用小包裹快递服务（如 USPS、Fedex、DHL、UPS 等）或您使用 WishPost 联运项目配送库存，则无需提前预约。

例如，在您的库存抵达美国之后，您使用 UPS 将库存运送到 FBW-US-PLG 仓库，而您的物流单号格式是 1Z xxx xxx yy zzzz zzz c，则您不需要提前预约收货时间。

要预约收货时间，请用英文发送电子邮件到 [email protected] 并提供以下信息：

• 提单/BOL（或类似凭证）

• Wish 配送计划 ID（以“WI”开头，可在 FBW > 配送计划历史记录页面找到）

• 配送计划中的 SKU（以“WI”开头，可在 FBW > 配送计划历史记录页面找到）

• 货件大小（例如，多少个货盘或多少箱）

• 期望收货日期

同时，wish商户平台会继续将所有商户在 FBW-US-LAX 和 FBW-US-ORD 仓库中的现有库存转移到 FBW-US-PLG 仓库。由于需要转移库存，我们将暂时禁用所有 FBW US 仓库的“移除库存”选项。转移过程预计将在未来几个月内全部完成，如有更新，wish商户平台会及时通知商户。

如果您在 FBW-US-LAX 和 FBW-US-ORD 仓库中仍有库存，您无需采取任何行动，因为wish商户平台会将这两个美国仓库中的所有现有库存转移到新启用的 FBW-US-PLG 仓库，不会向您收取额外费用。存储在 FBW-US-LAX 和 FBW-US-ORD 仓库中的现有库存仍然可以出售，仓储费按这两个仓库的收费标准收取。但是，正在转移途中的库存将无法出售，转移期间也不收取仓储费。

从上述两个仓库转移到 FBW-US-PLG 仓库的库存完成入仓操作之后，wish商户平台将按照 FBW-US-PLG 仓库的收费标准收取仓储费。此外，您的库存将重新可售，而您为 FBW-US-LAX 和 FBW-US-ORD 仓库设置的“产品运费”和“变体运费”将自动应用于 FBW-US-PLG 仓库。因此，在您的库存转移到新的 FBW-US-PLG 仓库并完成入仓操作之后，wish商户平台强烈建议您查看相关运费，如有需要可进行调整。

IMPORTANT:

Please note that following up on an announcement sent in June 2021, we have permanently disabled the option to create shipping plans to FBW-US-LAX and FBW-US-ORD warehouses. Therefore, to store inventory at an FBW-US warehouse, please begin creating shipping plans to the new FBW-US-PLG warehouse. After you successfully create shipping plans to the new FBW-US-PLG warehouse, please schedule a delivery appointment with the FBW-US-PLG warehouse. Note that if you are using small parcel courier services (such as USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc) for your last-mile logistics or leveraging the WishPost Uni-Freight Program to deliver inventory, you don’t need to make a delivery appointment in advance.  

For example, after your inventory arrives in the United States, you use UPS to deliver your inventory to FBW-US-PLG and your tracking number is in this format 1Z xxx xxx yy zzzz zzz c, then you don’t need to make a delivery appointment.

To schedule a delivery appointment, please send an email in English to [email protected] and provide the following information:

• The BILL OF LADING/BOL (or any similar reference)

• The Wish shipping plan ID (the ID can be found on the FBW > Shipping Plan History page and start with "WI")

• The SKUs in the shipping plan (the SKUs can be found on the FBW > Shipping Plan History page and start with “WI”)

• The shipment size (e.g. how many pallets or cartons)

• The desired delivery date

At the same time, we will continue to transfer all merchant inventory in our existing FBW-US-LAX and FBW-US-ORD warehouses to the new FBW-US-PLG warehouse. As a result of the transition, we also temporarily disabled the option to create “Remove Inventory” requests to all FBW US warehouses. The transition is estimated to be completed within the coming months and we will promptly notify merchants of any updates. 

If you have inventory in FBW-US-LAX and FBW-US-ORD, you do not need to take any actions, as all existing inventory in both US warehouses will be transferred to the new FBW-US-PLG warehouse at no additional cost to merchants. Your existing inventory stored in FBW-US-LAX and FBW-US-ORD is still available for sale and subject to the storage fees of these two warehouses. However, inventory in transit will not be available for sale and storage fees will be paused for all inventory in transition. 

After the FBW-US-PLG warehouse checks in your inventory transferred from the two existing warehouses, we will begin charging a storage fee based on the FBW-US-PLG warehouse’s fee structure. In addition, your inventory will be available for sale again and the Product Shipping Price and Variation Shipping Price you set for the FBW-US-LAX and FBW-US-ORD warehouses will be automatically applied for the FBW-US-PLG warehouse. As such, we strongly recommend that merchants check and adjust shipping price as needed, after your inventory has been transferred and checked in to the new FBW-US-PLG warehouse.
